spinning my Life's taLe

i finally checked out shelfari, thanks to abdul.

my profile is kind of whacked, i'm not used pa to editing the whole thing. but i sooo enjoy adding books to my shelf. i'm kind of a bookworm (but not like mille and cole who are, like, book snakes :P) and it was major nostalgia for me. i gave away na kasi some of my baby-sitters club and sweet valley books and with just a few keys, i see them again on the screen. i got hooked on those books that i really bought new ones as soon as may makita akong bago. dati nga, my mom used to make me add up pa how much i spent na on all my books. that was when Php129 each pa. imagine my books now, Php300 up na ang prices. (but then again, there are some great finds from booksale - i got some books for 5 to 20 bucks lang and though the pages are yellowing, they're complete naman :D)

i encountered a question once, "if you had unlimited access to money, what would you spend it on: books or clothes?" even if i don't have unlimited access sa money, whenever i do have money and i'm deciding between clothes and books, i always buy books.

then after a day, i complain about having no clothes anymore. haha!
